Bidford Wings & Wheels 2023

Bidford Gliding and Flying Club are running its famous Classic Wings and Wheels Event for the 8th time at Bidford Airfield – on Sunday 28th May 2023. Display vehicles with tickets will be admitted from 08:30 to 09:30 and the site will close at 17:00.

There will be a dedicated area of the Airfield for Classic Cars and a similar fenced-off area for visiting and resident aircraft. We are pleased to confirm that a Rich Goodwin air display will be taking place. Following the previous year’s success, a number of car clubs have expressed interest, together with owners of classic aeroplanes (visiting pilots please read the visiting aircraft section on the website).

At lunchtime, the air park will be open to the public so that people can have a close look at the planes and chat with the pilots. Hot and cold refreshments will be available all day and the bar will be open. A raffle and tombola will include great prizes including trial flights, and prizes from local companies.

Suggested donation of £10 per car.
