Beaulieu's Simply rallies are going ahead as planned, with the revised dates of the remaining Simply rallies on the Events page.

If the simply rally cannot go ahead, Beaulieu will contact all ticket holders to let them know and advise on the next steps they will take with their booking.

Sorry, but at this time Beaulieu require all participants to pre-book their tickets in order to ensure the site does not become overcrowded and to protect both their staff and you from handling payment transactions on the day. Tickets will be available on a first come first served basis in advance online.

Anyone arriving without a ticket will be turned away as a Simply participant on the day.

Please note tickets are per person and tickets must be purchased to cover all occupants of a vehicle.

Simply rallies, Porsche, BMW & Smart will be limited. This may mean that tickets will sell out for certain Simply rallies and we apologise for any disappointment this may cause.

Sorry, but no tickets will be sold on the day and we will not be able to sell extra tickets to additional passengers on the day so please make sure your tickets cover all persons within a car.

Yes, under current circumstances we ask that all participants print their tickets so these can be handed in to the team on the entrance gate so that for yours and their safety any contact is kept to a minimum. We will have measures in place to avoid any direct contact.

As a previous ticket holder from the original date you do not need to do anything with your ticket, except print this to hand in on arrival on the day. Your ticket has been transferred to the new Simply date and your existing ticket will remain valid. We are aware the old date will appear on the ticket, but these will still be accepted.

Please note: refund requests will need to be requested at least 1 week prior to the relevant Simply date. If we have not heard from you after this time, we will assume that you are able to attend the Simply rally and no refunds will be offered as per our normal terms and conditions.

Entry for Simply participants is from 9.30am-2pm. Please do not arrive prior to this as no facilities will be open.

As much as we appreciate that club stands are an important aspect of our Simply rallies, we have taken the decision to not take club stand bookings for this year. This is an additional measure we are taking in order for us to feasibly park all participants vehicles in a socially distanced manner.

We will be parking all Simply participants in the parkland in order to allow for plenty of space between cars.

Yes, your Simply ticket includes entry to the Beaulieu attraction. There are capacity limits for indoor spaces so please bear in mind that you may have to queue to visit certain areas such as the National Motor Museum.

Specifically for the Simply rallies, there will be no People’s Choice Award and no trade stands at our Simply rallies for this year in order to allow for a socially distanced rally to take place.

Our staff will be available to help you on the day but please maintain social distancing around the staff.

You will find the gate staff wearing PPE where 2m distance cannot be maintained.

We will not be accepting and payments on the day, all entry is via pre-booked tickets only. This is to protect both the staff member and yourselves.

In line with government guidance, only visits of up to six people are permitted. We ask that you do not exceed a group of six people when visiting Beaulieu or gather in groups larger than 6 at our Simply rallies.

Our parkland toilets will be open for participants and visitors but each unit will be operating a one in one out system.

We will also have the usual two sets of toilets open for visitors, one beneath the Brabazon Restaurant and the other near to the Abbey Domus.

All facilities will be monitored and cleaned regularly for your safety. Please use the hand sanitising stations before entering, wash your hands for a full 20 seconds, and sanitise again upon leaving.

You will be able to purchase food and drink from an outdoor catering unit as well as the onsite Brabazon restaurant offering a take-away service and a limited table service.

You are very welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy during your visit. A number of picnic benches will be dotted around at safe distances for your use, or you can bring a picnic blanket and find a shady spot to relax. We ask that you do not use any form of BBQ and dispose of your rubbish in a bin.
